Company’s 2020 Annual Report

Dear Shareholders:

In accordance with “Guideline No. 2 on the Content and Format of Information Disclosure by Companies Issuing Securities to the Public—Content and Format of Annual Reports (Revised in 2017)” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has prepared its 2020 Annual Report.

The Company’s 2020 Annual Report provides a comprehensive and objective account of material information pertaining to the Company’s financial condition, operating performance, shareholder affairs, the composition and activities of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, senior management, and employees, as well as corporate governance and internal controls for the reporting year. Specifically, the Board of Directors’ report was deliberated as a separate agenda item at this meeting; and the financial statements have been audited by the accounting firm engaged by the Company and received an unqualified audit opinion.

The full text of the Company’s 2020 Annual Report was published on the Cninfo website on April 24, 2021 and will not be read out at this meeting.
