Rational Investing Starts with Me—A Message to Small and Medium-Sized Investors

With the development of China’s economy, living standards and household incomes have generally risen, and public awareness of investment and financial management has steadily increased. As a result, more and more people are turning their attention to stock investing, and small and medium-sized investors have become the primary participants in China’s capital market at this stage. However, these investors tend to have weaker self-protection capabilities, making their legitimate rights and interests particularly vulnerable to infringement. Therefore, as retail investors, you should avoid blindly following market trends or lending your trading accounts to others, and remain vigilant against becoming victims of market manipulation.

Third, exercise power and fulfill obligations in accordance with the law. Small and medium-sized investors are encouraged to pay closer attention to the company’s operations and production, actively participate in corporate decision-making, and engage in constructive dialogue with the company. When their legitimate rights and interests are infringed, they should steadfastly safeguard their rights in accordance with the law.
