Report on the Company’s Estimated Routine Related-Party Transactions for the Year 2014

Dear Shareholders:
In 2013, the total amount of routine related-party transactions between the Company and its affiliates was RMB 322.27 million, representing 68.57% of the projected annual amount for 2013. Specifically, purchases from affiliates of complete sets of project-supporting products amounted to RMB 161.03 million, or 64.42% of the projected annual amount; and sales to affiliates of supporting components totaled RMB 161.24 million, or 73.29% of the projected annual amount.
Based on the 2013 routine related-party transactions and in conjunction with the company’s 2014 operating plan targets, it is estimated that the total amount of routine related-party transactions for the full year 2014 will be approximately RMB 450 million, of which about RMB 230 million will be spent on procuring complete sets of project-supporting products from related parties, and about RMB 220 million will be generated from sales of supporting components to related parties.
