Report on the Appointment of the Company’s 2016 Audit Firm
Dear Shareholders:
Based on the recommendation of the Company’s Audit Committee and in light of the Company’s actual circumstances, it is proposed to re-appoint Dahuа Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company’s auditor for the year 2016 to conduct an integrated audit of the Company’s financial statements and internal controls. In accordance with the relevant fee-setting standards and the specific requirements of the audit engagement, it is proposed to pay Dahuа Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) an annual audit fee of RMB 770,000 for the financial statement audit and RMB 300,000 for the internal control audit, with all other audit-related expenses to be borne by the Company.
