Announcement of Resolutions Adopted at the First Session of the Third Supervisory Board
On May 22, 2001, the Third Supervisory Board of Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) convened its inaugural meeting in the Company’s fifth-floor conference room. All three members of the Supervisory Board attended the meeting, at which Mr. Yu Fuchun was elected Chairman of the Third Supervisory Board of the Company.
