Announcement of Resolutions Adopted at the Fourth Session of the Third Board of Directors
The Fourth Meeting of the Third Session of the Board of Directors of Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) was held on April 22, 2002, in the Company’s Sixth-Floor Conference Room. All nine directors attended the meeting, thereby satisfying the statutory quorum required under the Company Law and the Company’s Articles of Association. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhang He, Chairman of the Board. At this meeting, the Company’s Quarterly Report for the First Quarter of 2002 was reviewed and approved.
