BAC Dalian Company is a joint venture established in October 1997 through investment by Dalian BingShan Group and U.S.-based BAC Corporation. The company primarily manufactures and markets BAC’s latest, world-leading CXVB series of evaporative condensers, fluid coolers, ice-storage systems, and other heat-exchange equipment—products that are highly efficient, energy-saving, green, and environmentally friendly. For many consecutive years, the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Dalian Municipal Government; it has also obtained certifications for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, as well as FM and ASME approvals from the United States. Additionally, it has been repeatedly honored as one of the “Top Ten Foreign-Invested Enterprises in Terms of Per-Capita High Profits and Taxes,” a “National Customer-Satisfaction Enterprise,” a “National Customer-Satisfaction Product,” a “Dalian Famous Brand Product,” and a “Liaoning Famous Brand Product.” Furthermore, the company has received prestigious national awards, including the inaugural “China Energy-Saving Contribution Award,” the “Top Ten New Technology Application Awards for Energy Conservation,” the “International Carbon Gold Grand Prize,” and the “Carbon Gold Innovation Value Award.”
