The company’s shareholders are Linde GmbH of Germany and Dalian BingShan Group Co., Ltd. of China, with a registered capital of RMB 34.65 million. The company primarily designs, manufactures, and tests high-end ion-compressor units and hydrogen dispensers—products that incorporate world-unique patented technology—for use in hydrogen refueling stations. Its primary markets are China, Japan, and South Korea, aimed at meeting the rapidly growing demand for hydrogen station infrastructure, particularly the infrastructure requirements driven by the clean-energy development objectives outlined in China’s 14th Five-Year Plan. As a domestically based Chinese enterprise, the company has fully adopted advanced European technologies, aligning its manufacturing and testing capabilities with those of its plants in Germany and Austria, while leveraging local resources to produce and manufacture within China to serve both the Chinese market and neighboring regions.

The company’s principal business activities include the manufacturing and sales of gas and liquid separation and purification equipment, the design, manufacture, and sale of hydrogen-fueling and hydrogen-storage facilities for refueling stations, and the research and development of emerging energy technologies.

The company’s main products include: high-flow hydrogen ion compressors with an outlet pressure of 90 MPa, high-flow hydrogen ion compressors with an outlet pressure of 50 MPa, hydrogen fueling stations, gas unloading cabinets, sequence control cabinets, hydrogen cooling systems, control systems, and other core equipment for hydrogen refueling stations.
