Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is a Sino-U.S. joint venture established through the joint investment of Victaulic Europe and Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (now Bingshan Cold & Heat Technology Co., Ltd.), with a total investment of US$25 million.

The company officially commenced operations on May 18, 2005, and is a large-scale, specialized manufacturer of cast-iron products in Northeast China. It has an annual production capacity of over 40,000 metric tons of castings and components, with key product lines including Victaulic piping system fittings, scroll compressor castings, high-speed railway connectors, hydraulic valve bodies, and automotive engine components. Its products are exported to 40 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia.

The company has imported three DISA automatic molding lines from Denmark, equipping itself with internationally advanced foundry and inspection equipment that fully meets customers’ comprehensive requirements for product quality and physicochemical properties.

In June 2006, DBMT successfully passed the ISO 9001:2000 audit conducted by BSI and was awarded the Quality Management System Certificate.

Vitale’s products have successively obtained certifications from FM, UL, ULC, LPCB, VdS, SAI, CCC, and other organizations.
