Proposal Regarding the Feasibility Study Report on the Use of Funds Raised through the Non-public Issuance of A Shares by Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd.
Dear Shareholders:
In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies, a listed company seeking to issue securities shall prepare a feasibility report on the use of the funds to be raised in this offering, and the board of directors shall adopt a resolution in accordance with the law and submit the proposal to the shareholders’ meeting for approval. In compliance with the aforementioned requirements, the Company has prepared the “Feasibility Analysis Report on the Use of Funds Raised through the Non-public Issuance of A-shares.”
