Report on the Appointment of the Company’s 2011 Audit Firm
Dear Shareholders:
In accordance with relevant regulations and in light of the Company’s actual circumstances, it is proposed to re-engage Zhongzhun Certified Public Accountants LLP as the Company’s auditor for the year 2011. Based on the specific requirements of the audit engagement, it is proposed to pay Zhongzhun Certified Public Accountants LLP an annual audit fee of RMB 650,000, with all other costs incurred in connection with the audit to be borne by the firm.
