Report on the Election of New Supervisors
Dear Shareholders:
The term of the Company’s Fourth Supervisory Board has now expired, necessitating the election of a new board. Following careful deliberation, the following list of candidates is hereby proposed: Men Ruesheng (shareholder representative), Mao Chunhua (shareholder representative), and Yu Fuchun (employee representative). Notably, Yu Fuchun has already been elected as a supervisor by the Company’s Employee Congress and will therefore no longer be subject to election by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
