Dear Shareholders:
In light of certain circumstances pertaining to the Company, it is necessary to amend the Company’s Articles of Association. The specific circumstances requiring such amendment and the corresponding amendments are set out below:
I. Circumstances for Amendment
The company has now completed its overall relocation to Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone Liaohe East Road 106 The new factory site is already within the Dalian Area of the Liaoning Provincial Free Trade Zone. In order to fully benefit from the various policies and facilitation measures available in the Dalian Area of the Liaoning Provincial Free Trade Zone, and to ensure consistency between the company’s place of business and its registered address, the company proposes to change its registered address from its current location at Southwest Road, Shahekou District, Dalian City. 888 Changed to Liaohe East Road, Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone 106 Number 。

In light of the foregoing, the Company’s Articles of Association are hereby amended as follows:
