Dear Shareholders:

To ensure the company’s normal production and operational needs, enhance the efficiency of capital utilization, improve the company’s creditworthiness, reduce the costs of cooperation with banks, and facilitate more convenient access to bank credit and loans, the Board of Directors proposes to authorize the Company’s General Manager and Chief Financial Officer to, within the overall bank credit limit not exceeding 10 within the range of 100 million yuan, the company’s chairman ensures that the total loan amount does not exceed 8 Within the RMB 100 million limit, assume full responsibility for the company’s bank credit and loan operations.
