Report on the Appointment of the Company’s 2022 Audit Firm

Dear Shareholders:

Based on the recommendation of the Company’s Audit Committee and in light of the Company’s actual circumstances, it is proposed to re-engage ShinWing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company’s auditor for the year 2022 to conduct an integrated audit of the Company’s financial statements and internal controls. In accordance with the relevant fee-setting standards and the specific requirements of the audit engagement, the proposed annual fees are RMB 770,000 for the audit of the financial statements and RMB 300,000 for the audit of internal controls, representing fee levels that are consistent with those for the year 2021. All expenses incurred in connection with the audit shall be borne by the Company.
