Report on the Company’s Estimated Routine Related-Party Transactions for the Year 2022

Dear Shareholders:

2021 In the year, the total amount of routine related-party transactions between the company and its affiliates was RMB 514.68 million. Specifically, the company purchased complete project support products from affiliates for RMB 139.89 million and sold supporting components to affiliates for RMB 374.79 million.

Based on the 2021 routine related-party transactions and in conjunction with the 2022 business plan, the Company expects the total amount of routine related-party transactions for the full year 2022 to be approximately RMB 766.5 million, including approximately RMB 173.5 million for the procurement of complete-set project supporting products from related parties and approximately RMB 593.0 million for the sale of supporting components to related parties.

To ensure clarity in the voting on the proposal and to facilitate the effective recusal of related directors, the projected routine related-party transactions for 2022 are hereby itemized by category of related party. This proposal shall be divided into separate sub-proposals for voting, with the following voting categories:
