According to the “Rules on the Content and Format of Information Disclosure by Companies Issuing Securities to the Public” promulgated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, No. Number 2 — Content and Format of the Annual Report ( 2021 (Revised in [year]》, the company has organized and prepared 2022 Annual Report.

Company The 2022 Annual Report provides a comprehensive and objective account of material information pertaining to the Company’s financial condition, operating performance, shareholder base, board members, supervisors, senior management and employees, corporate governance, and internal controls during the reporting year.
