According to the “Rules on the Content and Format of Information Disclosure by Companies Issuing Securities to the Public” promulgated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, No. Number 2 — Content and Format of the Annual Report ( 2021 (Revised in [year]》, the company has organized and prepared 2023 Annual report.

Company 2023 The annual report provides a comprehensive and objective account of material information pertaining to the Company’s financial condition, operating performance, shareholder composition, board members, supervisors, senior management and employees, corporate governance, and internal controls for the reporting year. Specifically, the Board of Directors’ report was deliberated as a separate agenda item at this meeting; the financial statements have been audited by the accounting firm engaged by the Company and received an unqualified audit opinion.
