Announcement of Resolutions Adopted at the Sixth Session of the Third Term Supervisory Board
The Sixth Session of the Third Supervisory Board of Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) was held on October 23, 2002, in the Company’s Sixth-Floor Conference Room. All three supervisors attended the meeting, thereby satisfying the statutory quorum required under the Company Law and the Company’s Articles of Association. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yu Fuchun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. During the session, the Company’s Quarterly Report for the Third Quarter of 2002 was reviewed and approved.
