Of the 7^th Supervisory Committee

Please be advised that the 15^th meeting of the 7^th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3^rd  floor of the Company on April 20, 2018. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:

I.                    2017 Work Report of the Supervisory Committee;

    With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

II.                 Review Opinion on the Company’s 2017 Annual Report and Quarterly Report for 1^st Quarter of 2018;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

III.               Comment on the 2017 self-evaluation report for internal control of the Company;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

IV.               Comment on the 2017 social responsibility report of the Company;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
