Public Notice on Resolution of the12th Meeting Of the 7th Supervisory Committee

Please be advised that the12^th meeting of the 7^th Supervisory Committee of Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3^rd  floor of the Company on August 25, 2017. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:

I. Review Opinion on the Company’s 2017 Semiannual Report;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

II. Review Opinion on written-off uncollectible receivables;

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.

III. Report on using the temporary idle raised funds of the Company to buy guaranteed banking financial products.

With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
